Workers who returned to their hometowns are facing a bleak livelihood situation, which is significantly impacting the overall Vietnamese economy. While vaccination rates are high, there are still over 1,000 daily confirmed cases, and cumulative cases are projected to surpass 1 million by November 15th. In response, the Vietnamese government is prioritizing adolescent vaccination to address the educational gap in schools and is planning package tours to attract foreign tourists.
